Welcome to House of Heat – your destination for modern Hot Pilates in the heart of Hamburg.
Our studio combines dynamic Pilates with gentle infrared heat (28–34°C) to create a warm, supportive environment where movement feels natural and strength builds session after session.
At House of Heat, sweat is standard and strength is built with intention. Each class is guided by experienced instructors, uplifting music, and a community that makes you feel right at home. Whether you’re craving full-body strength, a powerful burn, targeted sculpt or a restorative release – our House class formats offer something for every mood, goal and body.

Wichtige Infos
We provide all mats and equipment for your workout. For hygiene reasons, please bring your own socks and follow our socks policy (no barefoot training). We also ask that you bring your own towel.
If you forget something, don’t worry – grippy socks can be purchased at the studio and towels are available to rent.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the start of your class so that we can begin on time. Unfortunately, late entry is not possible once class begins.
