We provide all mats and equipment for your workout. For hygiene reasons, please bring your own socks and follow our socks policy (no barefoot training). We also ask that you bring your own towel. If you forget something, don’t worry – grippy socks can be purchased at the studio and towels are available to rent. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the start of your class so that we can begin on time. Unfortunately, late entry is not possible once class begins.
