Through functional fitness, Strikefit (boxing bag training), conditioning and strength classes, our sessions let you switch off, move with purpose, and leave you feeling energised and more confident. No experience needed, everything is explained, with professional coaches focused on safe technique and supportive guidance. Expect high energy, low ego, personal coaching, and training that helps you sweat out stress, build resilience, leaving you feeling more capable both in and out of the gym.

Extra Information you need to know Gear Up & Get Ready Come as you are. Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle and a hand towel. Boxing & Kickboxing: Gloves and wraps are required. For technical kickboxing classes, shin guards are also needed. For all non-bag, kickboxing classes, a mouth guard is mandatory. Need gear? We’ve got you covered: • Gloves (free of charge to use for your class) • Shin guards (free of charge to use for your class) If you want your own, we also sell gear: • Boxing gloves Rumble €44,99 • Chin guards Rumble €34,95 • Hand Wraps: €12,50 • Mouth guard: €7,00 Train barefoot or with indoor boxing shoes only, no outdoor shoes allowed. Functional Fitness You will need Indoor training shoes Breathing Circle Wear comfortable clothes, bring jumper & a water bottle. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts.
