Progressives Training: Wir wollen uns in unserer Praxis entwickeln und wachsen, vielleicht sogar über uns selbst hinaus. Wachstum erfordert Training, Konsistenz, und Hingabe. Anatomisch und physiologisch sinnvolle Asana Praxis; das können wir! Inklusion: Wir wollen einen safe Space für Alle schaffen. Egal was Dein Background ist, wir wollen, dass Du Dich gesehen und willkommen fühlst. Deswegen sind einige Classes auf Englisch, sobald eine non-german-speaking Person dabei ist. Everybody's welcome.
