The original Inferno Hot Pilates in Berlin! Using Pilates principles, Inferno Hot Pilates is a high energy, low impact workout with bursts of cardio. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 35 degrees Celsius and 40% humidity. In this energetic class we listen to upbeat music and have fun! Be prepared to work hard and build a stronger you. Inferno 45 is not suitable for beginners. Please wear clothing you are comfortable sweating in, yoga mat, mat towel, sweat towel and water. Classes are in English. Mat and towel rentals are available for €2,50 each.

Mat and towel rentals are available for €2,50 each. Class is held at Sunyoga Mehringdamm 33 (M33-Höfe ). DOOR PINS: Front Gate 6438, Stairway 7149. Studio door closes 5 minutes before we begin. Please arrive on time as late-comers will not be allowed into studio once class has started.
