The original Inferno Hot Pilates in Berlin! Using Pilates principles, Inferno Hot Pilates is a high energy, low impact workout (no jumping) with bursts of cardio. This whole body workout helps to build a strong core, improves circulation and increases flexibility. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 35 degrees Celsius and 40% humidity. In this energetic class we listen to upbeat music and have fun! Be prepared to work hard and build a stronger you. Please wear clothing you are comfortable sweating in, yoga mat, mat towel, hand towel and water. If you should need a mat or towel, you can borrow one from the studio for €2,50 each, or you can buy your own there as well. (Showers are at the studio.) IHP is designed for all ages and fitness levels - beginners welcome! Age recommendation 18 years and up. IHP 45 & IHP with weights is NOT suitable for beginners ! Classes are in English. Important: STUDIO DOOR CLOSES 5 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS BEGINS. Please be on time and plan on being at the studio and ready at least 5 minutes before the class starts. Late comers will not be allowed to enter once the class has started. No outdoor shoes are to be allowed in the studio. Socks or bare feet only. Address: Class takes place at Sunyoga.
