Zwangerschapsyoga is zoveel meer dan rekken en strekken. Het is een moment dat je echt voor jezelf neemt—om even stil te staan bij je lichaam, je baby, en de bijzondere reis waar je in zit. Bij postnatale yoga zijn de yogahoudingen en oefeningen speciaal gericht op moeders die recentelijk bevallen zijn. In de groepslessen ben je welkom vanaf 6 weken na je bevalling.
