The focus is on personal attention, safety and developing both physical strength and mental awareness. The training is accessible for different levels. Whenever possible, we train outdoors. When weather conditions don’t allow this, we use inspiring indoor locations around Lombok and Oog in Al. What to bring Comfortable sportswear and water. For kickboxing sessions: if you have them, bring your own gloves and shin guards. Limited loan equipment is available.
