Important Info
The indoor breathwork sessions take place at YogaZenter in Amsterdam East. Everything you need will be provided, such as mats, cushions and blankets.
Our advice is to not eat anything at least 1.5 hours before the session. And to wear comfortable clothing in layers (as your body temperature might change during the session).
Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before the class starts, so we can begin on time in a calm and focused way.
