High heels dance ist ein Tanzstil, der auf Stöckelschuhen getanzt wird. Je nach Choreographie kann der High heels dance Ähnlichkeiten mit Tanzrichtungen wie z.B. Commercial, Jazz dance, Vogue, Latin dance, Bourlesque, Go-Go Dance haben. Die berümtesten High heels Performer sind: Beyonce, Yanis Marshall, Nastya Yurasova, Lera Kilina, Brinn Nicole, Galen Hooks, Shirlene Quigley, Marissa Heart und viele mehr. Unser 1,5-stündiges Tanztraining beinhaltet Aufwärmung, Workout, Choreographie und intensive Dehnung. Bringe Sportbekleidung, Knieschoner und optional High Heels mit. Tanzkurs nur für Ladies. Keine Tanzerfahrung erforderlich. High heels dance is a genre of dance that is performed on shoes with high heels. Depending on the choreography it can have similarities with such dance styles as Commercial, Jazz dance, Vogue, Latin dance, Bourlesque, Go-Go Dance. The most well-known High heels performer are: Beyonce, Yanis Marshall, Nastya Yurasova, Lera Kilina, Brinn Nicole, Galen Hooks, Shirlene Quigley, Marissa Heart and many more. Our 1,5hour long training includes a warm up, workout, a choreography and stretching. Bring sports clothes, knee pads and optional high heels with you. The class is only for ladies. Dancing experience is not required.
