We are a yoga studio embracing the Berlin free spirit and to be an inclusive place to everyone all our courses are in English.
Our yoga courses combine dynamic alignment-focused Ashtanga-based flow with an embracing body-positive approach. Each HIGH ON YOGA class is a performance introducing the wholeness and complicity of yoga as a method for good life. Expect the sound of our harmonium, mantra chanting and a lot of hands-on adjustments and assists. A yoga high is guaranteed.
