ARRIVE EARLY Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to check in, store your belongings, and mentally arrive. Doors close at the start of class – no late entries allowed. WATER & TOWEL A towel is mandatory for all HOT formats or if you’d like to take a shower. If you forget to bring yours, you can purchase one at the studio. Bring your water to stay hydrated throughout the day to support your body during movement. PHONE-FREE ZONE If possible, leave your phone in your locker. Otherwise get yourself a pouch at reception so you can keep it with you without disturbing others. This is your time – switch off and be present. LET GO & GROW Leave your thoughts at the door. This is your time to reset, reconnect, and grow – mentally and physically.
