In order to make most out of your experience with us, we would like to inform you about our studio rules. Please take 2 minutes to read: ARRIVAL Please arrive 10 minutes before class and check in with our front desk. Store personal belongings in the provided lockers. No glass bottles, jackets or large bags are allowed in the movement rooms. Please take off your shoes, before entering. PREGNANT / INJURIES Inform your instructor of any injuries or pregnancy prior to classIf pregnant 12 weeks or more, you may only attend Pregnancy Classes!    NO LATE ADMITTANCE! If this is your first time at the studio there is absolutely NO LATE ADMITTANCE! We know that life happens, so a 3-5 min late arrival will be accepted for regulars only. But pls note that 5 minutes after the class has started, your spot can be given to a waitlister and you will then lose your credit and your spot! WORKOUT GEAR We are a boutique studio so we don’t have any changing rooms or showers available. We recommend that you come already dressed in your workout gear if possible. Grippy Socks are REQUIRED for all movement classes. You can purchase them directly in the studio, or bring your own. AFTER CLASS Please wipe down your mat, reformer and props after class *SPECIAL*: BECAUSE WE LOVE YOU! Preorder before your class at our Cafés (Studio Tuesday, Tuesdays, Joy Joy Matcha) and receive 15% off on Coffee, Matcha & all Smoothies!
