Functional Training

Our concept: functional training, Calisthenics, fun and high quality support We only combine natural and functional movements. Our aim is to regain the fitness that has been lost in everyday life. We have developed a training program from various sporting disciplines such as martial arts, acrobatics, light and heavy athletics, but also modern exercises especially from functional training, which also allows amateur athletes to increase their performance many times over without risking overloading. In addition to the performance aspect, we focus on having fun. Group dynamics, teamwork and a friendly atmosphere are important for sporting motivation. We therefore work in small and manageable groups. This creates a very personal atmosphere and a high quality of supervision can be guaranteed.
