Eva is a 300 hrs certified Jivamukti 200 hrs Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher + 70 hrs Yin + somatic movement (with Valerie Hartwig + Liina Teal) / ELDOA 1 Her classes are physically and mentally challenging but fun. Exploring in a safe space together: how your body moves, how you can change patterns, how to feel more, sometimes better, sometimes uncomfortable! Eva believes in strong bodies over bendy ones! You will still increase your flexibility but not for the sake of pushing yourself into a fancy asana. We will still practice them but with a conscious mind. Expect to sweat and meeting yourself in your discomfort before getting rewarded with deep relaxation. Eva is teaching traditional Jivamukti + Vinyasa classes, Mobility + Strength + Stretching and the occasional Yin class
