Move, breathe and unwind with an energizing Vinyasa Flow, revitalizing breathwork and a nourishing final relaxation. All levels are welcome, we will offer you variations.
CHECK-IN
Please show the teacher your booking confirmation and bring your own mat or blanket. Optionally take a sun blocker, anti-mosquito spray and something to drink with you. If you have hay fever, please be mindful with yourself.
