Yoga Poetry mit Anna in Berlin Charlottenburg (Westend) und Schöneberg. Yoga bedeutet mehr, als sich auf der Matte zu verbiegen. Meine Kurse sind kreativ, aber nicht kompliziert. Alle Level sind willkommen, egal ob du zum ersten Mal die Matte ausrollst, oder schon seit Jahren dabei bist. Es ist mir wichtiger, dass du dich in meinen Klassen gut aufgehoben fühlst und mit einem positiven (Körper-)gefühl nach Hause gehst, als dass du deine Zehen berühren kannst. Anna ist Yoga Alliance zertifizierte Yogalehrerin und unterrichtet Vinyasa Yoga, mal dynamisch, mal sanft, und immer mit einer Prise Kreativität.
