Whether you bring your own or purchase YTTP Grip Socks (€12.90) – they’re essential for stability and control on the Reformer. ❗️Arrive Calm & Ready: Our studio opens 15 minutes before class starts to give you time to check in, settle down, and get in the right mindset for your session. ❗️Punctuality Matters: Doors close exactly 1 minute before class begins. This helps maintain focus and a smooth flow for everyone. Late entry is not possible – thank you for understanding. ❗️Important Note During Pregnancy: Unfortunately, our Reformer training is not suitable during pregnancy. Please take this into account when booking your class – your health is our top priority.
