VINYASA YOGA 1-ON-1 & CHINESE MASSAGE (MIT NAUDIA)
VINYASA FLOW 1-ON-1 In this 40-60 minute class, I will personally work with you to identify areas for improvement as well as clarify your individual goals. Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga that focuses on conscious breathing while moving through postures, which help improve strength and increase flexibility. Together we will identify your areas for improvement in your existing practice - to enhance your yoga in the studio and at home. Location will depend on time of day and weather conditions. After you have made an appointment with me, please meet me first at Ebersstr. 7 10827 and, if the weather permits, the class will take place in a lovely little park outside.

CHINESE DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Chinese deep tissue massage is known for releasing areas of tension by going deep into the musculature. This type of massage focuses on relaxation of the muscle tissue, which can reduce pain and stiffness, as well as improve range of motion and general mobility. Also, massaging acupressure points releases blocked energy in the body, mobilizing chi for health and well-being. Chinese deep tissue massage is perfect for everyone: from those who are feeling stiff from sitting all day at the office, to athletes who want to recover faster after intense training. Only available for L and XL USC members with a self-payment of 15€ in cash or via PayPal.
*Please note that the massage will take place in my home. Be on time but not early as I have no waiting room.
