What a great idea to come and use our sauna! If you want to use the gym and the sauna, there is a special Fitness/Sauna combo available! Our sauna is small-scale with good facilities. A delightful steam sauna, a spacious Finnish dry sauna, two separate foot baths, two infrared/UV heat lamps, a cold plunge pool, and a relaxation area. Of course, warm and cold showers are also available. You enter our sauna as it should be, without swimwear and with a large towel and bathrobe. You can rent towels, but we prefer that you bring your own. Don't forget your slippers! Please let us know in advance if you would like to use the sauna! After all, it should be nice and warm. Note: It is helpful to message or call us before you want to come train or use the sauna. Message us at 0619413692 or call at 0704169136. The quiet times are in the afternoons from 2 to 5 PM. Also, the late hours are less busy. Saturday and Sunday afternoons are less crowded. Don't forget to bring your own towel and water bottle. No phones or other devices, glasses or glass drinking bottles are allowed in the sauna area. Lately there were some issues with the QR codes. This is the fault of the USC, not the Active Club Den Haag. Everything is back in order now, but if there are issues, please direct your complaints to the USC.
