✔️ Bring your own mat and any equipment you need.
With your own probs - such as strap, block or blanket - you feel more comfortable and it’s more hygienic because only you use it. This makes your practice more pleasant, safer, and truly yours.
✔️ Be ready when it starts.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class so you can settle in. Once the class begins, the door will be closed and late entry won’t be possible.
✔️ Check-in on your own responsibility
Book your course directly via the Urban Sports Club App! Please note that this is a binding booking and that you must adhere to the cancellation deadline. Otherwise, the visit will be deducted from your monthly visit limit and invoiced to you. Scan the QR code with the teacher for a self check-in.
✔️ How to find the outdoor club
We will meet 15 minutes before the start of the class at the bend in front of the cemetery at Plötzensee on Dohnagestell. From there, we will walk to the meadow together. Please make sure to arrive on time so we can start as a group.
