Fl’air Studios offers ‘Cirque du Soleil’ style fitness in the center of Berlin!
Take your fitness into the air at this exclusive, aerial acrobatic studio.
Created by aerial performance artist, @air.candy, here at Fl’air, your teachers are professional circus acrobats waiting to assist you in the air! Focusing on safety & body awareness, not only will you get stronger, but you will learn awesome new skills with grace, elegance and confidence and have a whole lot of fun. With this new style of ‘aerial fitness’ get ready to challenge yourself and go to new heights!
No previous experience is necessary, our classes are suitable for adult complete beginners, all the way up to advanced level aerial yoga, aerial silks, aerial hoop, aerial straps, aerial rope, aerial hammock & extreme stretching. If you already have some aerial experience & want to go to a higher-level class, please send us an email & tell us your aerial background – [email protected]
In our ‘intro to’ aerial classes we are teaching you the basic techniques & about 10-15 beginners’ movements. Once we see that you have a solid understanding of the technique & you are feeling strong & confident, our teachers will ask you to move up to a Level 1 class.
USC members can join a Level 1+ aerial class with a check in & an additional fee to be paid at our front desk.
This beautiful & unique studio is located close to Jannowtizbrücke, in Mitte. It offers a large 200sq meter space with chic & modern industrial exposed brick wall, very high ceilings & a gorgeous view directly onto the Spree. Fl’air is a beautiful, warm and welcoming space where awesome things are happening & awesome people are meeting. The only thing missing is you!

We have a cancellation policy of 24 hours.
It can be a little tricky to find us for the first time. Be sure to read the directions on your confirmation email. Most of our classes are taught in English unless otherwise stated on our schedule.
