Join me for a playful exploration of transitions, flow and body awareness.
Everybody is welcome to join, and to choose their own intention - the lens from which they wish to move.
You'll find the space in a cosy neat praxis that offers Osteopathy and physiotherapy treatments.
(buzzing "The Family Osteopath", walking all the way straight in, the last inner yard is the praxis.).
* in case you're slightly late - come in, the studio is located upstairs.
