Art.OM outdoor classes are designed to feel personal and connected, even in an open setting. Practicing outside brings a different quality to the experience - fresh air, natural light, and space to breathe more freely. We create a relaxed atmosphere where you can arrive exactly as you are. There is no pressure to perform or be perfect - just space to explore, learn, and move at your own pace, supported by the rhythm of being outdoors. Our classes are welcoming to all levels, with a focus on mindful practice, steady progress, and community. Bring comfortable clothes, water, and a mat. We meet by the bus stop Herkomerstr. - Am Treptower Park 27, 52.487550, 13.463662 (see photo for the exact meeting point) and walk together to the park. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the class so we can start on time
