Warrior Flow Masterclass with Anastasiia In this powerful Flow sequence we will awaken the warrior within by a strong practice that may challenge physical skills but at the same time will calm mental patterns. Starting with some mobility core work we will continue building up a seamless flow that connects body, breath mental presence - just like meditation in movement. In the last part of the class we finish with deep stretches that bring us even deeper into a state of total relaxation before we dive into the state of peace and tranquility.
