Art.OM is small by design, so classes feel personal and connected. In our down-to-earth space, every yogi is welcomed and valued as an individual. We have created a calm, local environment where you can arrive exactly as you are. Smaller groups give us the time to offer attentive guidance and thoughtful adjustments, and to help you refine your practice if that is what you are looking for. There is no pressure to perform and no expectation of perfection, just space to explore, learn, and grow at your own pace. We believe yoga should be accessible, welcoming, and rooted in community. All levels are embraced here, and the focus is on steady progress and the experience of the practice itself, rather than achieving a perfect pose.

Book your class directly through the Urban Sports Club app! Please note that this is a binding booking, and the cancellation deadline must be respected. The specific cancellation period will be shown when booking. Otherwise, the visit will be deducted from your monthly visit limit and charged accordingly. Note: The check-in process using the QR code at the location remains unchanged. The Art.OM studio is located on the ground floor, just to the left in the hallway when you enter the building. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class to check in, settle in, and get ready for your practice. You can bring your own mat or use one of ours.
