If it’s your first time, they recommend arriving 15 minutes early when the doors open. Please note that the doors close 5 minutes before the class starts. Unfortunately, late comers will not be let in. Wear comfortable workout clothes and either socks or go barefoot—whatever feels best for you. Don’t forget your water bottle and a towel if you plan to shower (towels are not provided). Please leave your phone outside the studio. Use this time to fully focus on your workout and disconnect.
