hey love, through yoga, sound and gentle presence, I hold space for you to slow down, to reconnect and to remember the wisdom that already lives within you. I create a safe space for you to soften, breathe and pause. My classes are an invitation to come back to yourself, to move with intention, to breathe deeply and to meet yourself with kindness, just as you are. With mindfulness, each practice becomes a moment of grounding, feeling and clarity, to remember your own light. You don’t need to bring anything, just come with an open heart and the curiosity to listen within. Sending you much love and a big hug. See you on the mat
