At De Roos Pilates Studio our mission is to bring people together through the power of mindful movement. We believe that Pilates is a great tool to connect with yourself and with others.
Through our fun group Mat classes, we create a supportive space where everyone can learn how to move better and therefore feel better. We build strength, awareness, and confidence in both body and mind—one class, one breath, and one community at a time.
Our teachers are the heart of our studio. Each of them is carefully handpicked for their expertise, compassion, and commitment to teaching safe and effective Pilates sessions. Our team brings knowledge and experience to every class—ensuring that each session is welcoming, motivating, and tailored to help every participant grow in their own way.
Each class has a level assigned so we can make sure that you can take the most advantage of your practice.

ENTRANCE - Our pilates studio is on the first floor and our staff will show you the way.
SHOWERS - showers are currently not available as our changerooms are under construction.
CAFE - we have a cafe & gift shop that you are welcome to enjoy before or after class during opening hours.
Our changing rooms are still under construction but we do have a little room next to the studio to leave your shoes and belongings.
Bathrooms are available.
