Pilates, Yoga, Meditation

At JÆDE the holistic studio, we bridge ancient wisdom & modern spirituality — not as a concept, but breathed, whole & embodied practice. Through breath journeys, immersive sound baths, sacred movement, and seasonal rituals, we gather in the frequency of deep belonging & remembrance of our essence.
