Yoga in Berlin Healix Haus is an urban sanctuary aligned with the intention of creating a community ecosystem centered on holistic healing arts. We are an independent organism that empowers facilitators to share their offerings in an intimate, warm, and intentional space. ☽ The quality of our work is not defined by regularity, but rather by precision. We offer a minimal program of focused and coherent experiences weekly, exploring the thresholds of sound, consciousness and movement research. Our schedule includes yoga, meditation, and sonic experiences. 🜠 We host weekly yoga courses for those inspired to deepen their practice by showing up to the mat in a non-hierarchical, dialogue-driven format. These courses support wellbeing from the roots, engaging with tradition, philosophy, and ancient wisdom pathways through embodied inquiry and deep listening. Our meditation courses are minimal and comfortable, providing an intimate container to immerse within the universal mystery of sound as an original language. ≋

Sessions are intentionally small, with a maximum of 10 participants, to preserve focus, presence, personal space and depth. ∞ ☉ Bring your own mat. For sound-focused experiences, please bring something comfortable such as a cushion or a blanket. ☉ Energetic hygiene. We do not provide shared essentials. This is an intentional choice to support personal responsibility, clarity, and respectful practice. ☉ Minimal by design. We consciously maintain a stripped-back atmosphere. No frills, no glamour—just space to arrive as you are and practice with presence. ☉Entrance: Ring doorbell (Healix Haus / Yoga) Entrance on the 1st floor. (It´s a residential building)
