Tai Chi & Qigong in Kreuzberg All levels. I teach Hunyuan Taiji and Qigong, a unique style that combines the flowing power of Chen-style Taiji with the deep energy cultivation of Qigong. Developed by Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang, this practice improves health, balance, and vitality while fostering calmness and inner strength. In my classes, we adapt the practice to each person’s body and lifestyle, creating routines that can be integrated into daily life. Alongside the main forms, we explore the Taiji Ruler to enhance internal energy and Tuishou (push hands) to train sensitivity, adaptability, and harmony.
