We recommend not wearing clothing during the session. ✓ Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled and enjoy a cup of tea. ✓ Skin & hair: Please remove any jewelry and makeup; cleansing wipes are provided. Hair should be completely dry. ✓ Medical advice: Consult your doctor if you have any health problems that could affect the treatment. ✓ Contact lenses: Remove contact lenses before the session. Preparation Float Session ✓ Nothing to bring: Towels and personal care products (gentle shampoos, shower gel, deodorant, body lotion) are provided. Swimwear is optional. ✓ Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled and enjoy a cup of tea. ✓ Eating & Drinking: Have eaten enough but not too much. Avoid coffee, alcohol, or other substances before floating. Floating is best done sober. ✓ Skin & hair: Avoid shaving or waxing shortly before floating. Cover minor wounds with Vaseline (provided).
