Hi, I‘m Liz. My Journey into Yoga began as a quest for deeper purpose and connection into life. Through Yoga, I discovered a profound sense of inner peace that reshaped my path. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Kale & Cake, which laid the foundation for my teaching. Currently, I‘m exploring Inside Flow and Holistic Breathwork, deepening my understanding and enriching my classes. Next to my Vinyasa yoga classes I‘m also a certified Pilates Teacher and teach Pilates Flow. Yoga has been a transformative force for me, and I‘m passionate about sharing this journey with others. Together, we can explore the balance of mind, body, and spirit, finding our own paths to fulfilment. Elevate your practice with me and take the next step in your yoga journey!
