hey, Im nora. in my sessions I offer a diverse range of bodywork. Im certified in myofascia release/ trigger point method, thai massage level 1 and body-mind-centering. I spend the last years exploring different massage and bodywork styles (lots of alexandertechnique) which I incorporated and developed my very own quality of touch from. for the in L+XL USC membership included 30min massage you can choose between: - myofascial triggerpoint release - massage for slowing down - alexandertechnique inspired session please bring a large towel. if you would like to book an extension (60 min) massage or bodywork session I ll charge additional 40 euro. ich spreche auch deutsch!
