Carefully designed to be a small refuge amid the hustle and bustle of the city and daily life, here you can find tranquility, stillness, and good energy.
In a warm and relaxed environment, yoga and Pilates classes come to life and offer unique experiences, regardless of each person’s level of knowledge or practice.
The studio is located just a few meters from the Botanical Garden and Boavista Roundabout.

*** To access the studio, ring the doorbell located at the main entrance of the building.
If you can’t attend, you must cancel your appointment at least 12 hours in advance. Otherwise, the session will be deducted from your monthly allowance and an additional fee will be charged.
Practice materials are provided by the studio.
