Hi! My name is Janna.
I'm a certified Qigong and meditation teacher as well as energy and bodyworker.
My work revolves all around Qi. Qi is the invisible life-force energy inside our bodies and all around us.
Qi is everywhere and everything is Qi.
Healthy Qi is always in flux, always in flow. Our minds are powerful tools to direct the flow of Qi and bring it back into harmony - but, in our everyday lives, we are usually to busy to remember that.
My classes are meant as a time to re-connect; a time for self-care, rejuvenation and discovery. You'll encounter a variety of different techniques - like breathwork, movement & stillness, healing sounds and self-massage - to bring yourself into balance.
