Yoga en Barcelona A place where Rocket lovers can unite, grow and practice together. If you’re new to Rocket yoga, it’s a fun, playful and physically challenging style of vinyasa yoga. Known for its quick pace, flowy rhythm and playful incorporation of arm balances, Rocket has a special place in our hearts. If you’re looking for yoga that’s fun, playful and challenging, we think you’ll love it too! Expect to move and get a little sweaty, challenging your breath and body with opportunities to explore more advanced postures. You’re welcome no matter your experience level. On Mondays Simone will be teaching a more beginner-friendly Rocket practice, on Tuesdays conditioning to get upside-down in Carlos Handstands class and on Wednesdays Ana Pau will be teaching a more advanced class to merge it all. Outdoors and in Barcelona? we have to have a class by the sea, join us on Sundays If you’re new to Barcelona or just want to get to know more like-minded people, stick around afterwards and join us for a cup of tea and a chat
