Join a dynamic, breath-led vinyasa class where movement feels fluid and intentional. Expect energizing sequences, smooth transitions, and plenty of options to explore, whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice. This class will build strength, boost energy, and improve mobility, while also giving you space to slow down, release stress, and reconnect with your mind and body. All levels welcome, come flow, grow, and feel amazing.

Belangrijke Informatie:

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. You can bring your own yoga mat if you like, but we also have mats and props available at the studio. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Please arrive a few minutes before class starts so you have time to settle in.
