Run and Chill Intervals
Running in München Every Wednesday at 19:00, we hit the track at PSV Munich for one of the most effective speed sessions around. Build Your Speed starts with a 1.5k warmup outside including running drills, before you step onto the track for 400m intervals (or longer) at your own pace. Whether you are working on your first sub-5 minute kilometre or chasing a new personal best, this session is for you. All paces welcome. Changing rooms, showers and snacks round off a great Wednesday evening.
