Slow Poke Run Club with Coach Meg
Welcome to the Slow Poke Run Club — a supportive and inclusive running group for all paces, led by Coach Meg, certified strength and running coach. Whether you’re brand new to running or looking to improve your endurance, our sessions focus on progress, not perfection. We celebrate every step — literally — with high-fives, good energy, and a no-pressure vibe. Every Monday at 18:30, we run 5km between a 7:00/km-7:30/km pace, the SLOWEST run club pace in Berlin! Each run includes warm-up drills, form tips, and pacing support to help you build confidence and consistency. Expect a friendly community, scenic routes through Mauerpark, and a coach who believes every pace deserves a cheer!
