This is the time to have fun and strengthen yourself mentally, physically and emotionally. 🏋️ Bootcamp - Strength and Cardio Session, ultra-efficient focused on making you physically and mentally stronger. The weekly workouts are divided with a specific focus on different parts of the body: chest, arms, back, glutes, abdominals, legs and entire body, with the aim of sculpting and toning muscles. But don't worry, you'll keep smiling from start to finish! 😎 🧘 Yoga - You will find a strong mind-body connection. And don't worry, we have changing rooms equipped with everything you need, from towels to hygiene and beauty products.
