vea Studio is a Yoga and Movement Studio in the heart of Kreuzberg, close to Oranienplatz, tucked away in a beautiful backyard. Here, we come from different backgrounds and hope to create an environment that welcomes all kinds of people and provide a brave space to explore and practice together safely. more info at www.veastudio.de About The Way Back Home Yoga: A yoga and meditation practice rooted in nondual tantra philosophy, for revealing and (re)connecting to your true, essential nature, and for exploring ways of honouring your essence and its authentic expression. In nonduality, there is a recognition that everything in the universe, including ourselves, is Divine. And in tantra, this world we live in and perceive is not written off as an illusion, but rather embraced and worked with, also holding the potential to lead us back to the Divine. We will explore these philosophies more deeply through practice and our own direct experiences. Styles of practice include self-enquiry meditation, a meditative hatha, and a more somatic flow highlighting intuitive movement.
