Welcome to my Calisthenics event with Rings This training will be based on skills , we are learning how to move arround with wooden rings , Understanding the Human body skills with efficiancy and proper technik: Front lever, skin the cat, Back lever, grip, front roller, muscle up rings... In this event we will train for 1 hour and 10 min and the rest 40 min we will connect as a comunity with some drinks and snacks. Calisthenic its a form of gymnastics . We target stabilty , balance and strenght , Its History comes from Ancient Greeks .. the meaning from calisthenics comes from 2 words: Kallos means 'beautiful' & Sthenos means 'strength'. Everyone deserves to be strong....
