Her classes are a blend of different methods and approaches ranging from Kundalini Yoga, Somatic exercises, Breathwork, Meditation, Sound and Voice - all aimed at nurturing body and mind. She creates a safe, loving space for conscious connection, feeling, process emotions, energy flow. Whether focusing on strengthening the body, the nervous system or cultivating relaxation. Vera’s approach is as transformative as it is joyful, often enhanced by her carefully curated playlists that range from techno to sound bath.
