Welcome to Joyoga by JJ. Please note that all upcoming classes will take place outside at Hasenheide. Please bring your own mat and blocks if you have them. You will experience a harmonious blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga by balancing effort and relaxation, keeping strength and ease at the same time. Through dynamic sequences and mindful holds, we will move with breath to open up the space within us where we can reconnect to our inner voice. We are inviting an energy flow from root to crown to bring body and mind into sync. Each class will focus on a different chakra and/ or body part. We want to create a space of joy, love and peace with each other and within ourselves. Through adjustments the classes are suitable for experienced as well as for beginner Yogis. Joyoga by JJ focuses on experiencing joy with ourselves on the mat and on a body mind connection. It fosters body awareness, strength and mental clarity.
