Yoga in Berlin Our school for traditional Ashtanga Yoga has been in this location since 2005. Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic practice that is guided by your breath - it can be physically demanding but calms the nervous system when practiced regularly - and it's fun (most of the time ;-))! We also offer breathing and meditation as well as softer classes for stretching and relaxing. If not mentioned otherwise our classes will be in German and/or English, depending on who's there and needs what :-) We would like to ask you to not take any photos or videos in class, so everyone can concentrate on their breath and practice. Hello there! Welcome to our studio! :-) This is what you need to know: - Press the doorbell and push the door open at the same time (There will be a buzz sound). Then it's the green door on the right hand side of the elevator. - A limited amount of Yoga mats is available, as are cleaning products for the mats. - We have one shower that you are free to use but please don't block it indefinitely ;-) - There is one common changing room for everyone. - Please bring a towel for class. - Wear clothes that you can move in freely but that are not too wide. - Please let the teacher know if you have any health problems or are pregnant. - Please NO videos or photos of the class - we ask you to turn off your phone (unless it it an emergency, then let the teacher know). - We offer tea and filtered water - you'll find it in our kitchen.
