At Flow Lab, we believe movement is about more than just fitness – it's a journey to reconnect with yourself, feel good in your body, and uncover the best version of you. Our warm, welcoming studio is your space to connect, move, and grow. We offer two of the most loved movement practices around: Mat Pilates – the timeless classic. Strengthen your core, improve balance, and build endurance through precise, low-impact movements. Accessible for all levels, and endlessly effective. Barre – where Pilates meets ballet-inspired movement and strength training. Sculpt and tone your body, enhance your posture, and move with a new sense of grace and control. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned mover, you'll find a class that energises your body and uplifts your mind. With just 8 people per session, you'll benefit from personalised attention every step of the way. Ready to get started? Book your spot today!
