WE ARE SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCES‼️ Our studio provides classes and sessions of all levels. If you are a beginner with no prior experience in the Pilates Mehod, please join a level 1 class first. If you are a fit beginner with no aches and pains, Level 1-2 is also for you! Please join Level 2 or 3 only if you have already been to our studio before and consulted the teacher, she or he will know if these levels are suitable for you and which level will meet your needs best.
