Welcome to Pilatesengel! We offer classical Pilates mat classes in small groups across different levels, so that we can give each person individual attention.
If you're new to Pilates, please start with a Level 1 class. Fit beginners without any aches or pains are also welcome in Level 1–2. For Level 2 and above, we ask that you've already trained with us before—your teacher will be happy to advise you on which level suits you best. We look forward to playing Pilates with you!

Please use the main entrance of the building and ring the bell marked “Pilatesengel”. The studio is located on the ground floor — after entering the building, turn immediately to the right.
